International Seminar on COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on the UK economy and house price

On 11th October, 2021 Department of Economics organised an international seminar on “COVID-19 pandemic and the impact on the UK economy and house price” for second-year Economics students via Webex. Our honourable guest speaker, Dr Bruce Morley, from the University of Bath presented an overview of the UK economy during COVID-19 pandemic, the reaction by the authorities and the Bank of England and the future prospects related to government fiscal and monetary policies.
